How shipping works
Thinking Wild Photo uses the Thinking Wild Photo Printful Quick Store for checkout, production, and fulfillment. Printful produces each item after an order is placed and ships it directly to the customer.
Where we currently ship
The current Quick Store checkout is available for delivery to U.S. addresses. Thinking Wild is working toward an international purchase option; until that is available, the website will clearly identify the U.S. checkout.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated by Printful and displayed during checkout before payment. The amount depends on the product and order.
Timing
Because the products are made to order, production happens before shipping. Printful reports that most orders are fulfilled within roughly 2–5 business days; transit time is additional and depends on the destination and carrier.
Tracking
Order and shipping updates are provided through Printful after checkout. For an order-specific delivery question, use the support/contact option associated with the Printful Quick Store order.
