Dust Up

A bull elephant pushes forward through a veil of dust in Kruger National Park, his massive frame emerging through the haze with equal parts momentum and swagger. Dust softens the background while the elephant’s face, ears, tusks, and trunk retain their weight and texture. Rendered in black and white, the image becomes a study in movement, atmosphere, and an elephant simply moving through his world on his own terms.
